Wondering who I am?

I can’t give you a label or a number that would sufficiently describe who I am. I am one who has tasted the goodness of God, basked in His love, and experienced His peace. He satisfies my every need and yet continually draws me to Him for more. I am keenly aware that I am a soul who was made to live in another world, yet living here and longing for that world, His world to invade my life. You, too? Then that makes us family. Let us encourage one another and furiously pursue Him together.

Yoga

I am passionate about connecting the power of the Word of God and powerful movements in yoga. I design classes that invite the participant to meditate on the Word of God while practicing poses that are a physical representation of the Word. This combination of biblical truth and movement transforms the body and the soul bringing the whole self into community with God. Come try this transformative practice.
